I know product is taking a while to be delievered, but Applicance Loft does NO FOLLOWUP with customer after purchase made. My mini fridge order took 10 months to fill, never once did I get a proactive update from anyone. Then when I needed an newer purhcase receupt or warranty, I also had to call.....they are very, very, poor in proactive customer support.
