We had an appointment with appliance guys on December 30, 2025 to fix our Bosch dishwasher. Received a call on the 30th that the technician had tendinitis in his foot & our repair would need to be rescheduled. It is February 14th & we have not heard from them. Left a message a few weeks ago..no response. Maybe they do good work once they show up but they have very poor communication. Called Lowes & my dishwasher was fixed in a few days
Great service. Called them on a Wednesday, they were there on Thursday. Diagnosed our 1.5 year old washer that had a high pitched sound during the spin cycle as having a bearing issue. Although they do not do that service (nor do most technicians in the area) they wrote up our invoice with the description of the issue that I was able to use to go back to GE with since our washer was out of warranty. We've used these guys several times over the years and they've always been great. Pricing is reasonable and they have great customer service. Issues were fixed the first time.
I have been calling The Appliance Guys for more than a few years - I think nine. I have always had good experiences. Most recently, our built in refrigerator had water pooling under the chilling drawer. The issue was not straight forward but Matt got to the bottom of it. I am so grateful for his willingness to stay on it and resolve the issue. If he hadn't, we were looking at a new appliance. Brandi, in the office,, is always helpful and keeps me informed as needed. Argumentative and disrespectful. Have had owner out to our home twice. Never again. More interested in making a quick buck then fixing the problem.
