Great service. Called them on a Wednesday, they were there on Thursday. Diagnosed our 1.5 year old washer that had a high pitched sound during the spin cycle as having a bearing issue. Although they do not do that service (nor do most technicians in the area) they wrote up our invoice with the description of the issue that I was able to use to go back to GE with since our washer was out of warranty. We've used these guys several times over the years and they've always been great. Pricing is reasonable and they have great customer service. Issues were fixed the first time.
I have been calling The Appliance Guys for more than a few years - I think nine. I have always had good experiences. Most recently, our built in refrigerator had water pooling under the chilling drawer. The issue was not straight forward but Matt got to the bottom of it. I am so grateful for his willingness to stay on it and resolve the issue. If he hadn't, we were looking at a new appliance. Brandi, in the office,, is always helpful and keeps me informed as needed. Argumentative and disrespectful. Have had owner out to our home twice. Never again. More interested in making a quick buck then fixing the problem.
Terrible!!! They didn't show up when they were to be here. We'd confirmed the call and changed our plans to be here for them. This was the SECOND time repair on the same unit they didn't fix the first time. We understand sometimes that happens and were patient, but the SECOND time...? When they finally called, (instead of being here when they were supposed to) the guy was annoyed for some reason that had nothing to do with my repair. Find someone else and save yourself the trouble.
