Finally found an attorney to go after these crazy people.
Just had a very bad experience with these guys. Super rude. Avoid.
So disgusted with these people. Lowes said it is the only repair place in this area. The rudest people ever. Owner threatened me with a lawyer for my review. I have every right to leave a negative review. Tina was absolutely the craziest woman. and owner no different. Goodbye Lowes as well for refusing to get rid of the only game in town.
This place is by far the WORST company we have ever spoken to! This was for a brand new dishwasher that was running an error code. Bosch referred us to them to fix under warranty. Once the women learns it's under warranty they want nothing to do with you immediately got pissy and stated "how she hates warranty". Never got back to us or responded to the email Bosch sent over that they requested. We called weeks later and immediately got short with my husband. I wrote a negative review and the owner threatened me with a lawyer to cease and desist. I have the right to leave a review. so here I am. This is the worst company to deal with. Tina is the rudest and the owner is just as bad. They will not stand behind their repairs and were incredibly rude to me. Even Lowes told me today that they stopped dealing with them because they are horrible.
Matt from the Appliance Guys just came by to repair our Whirlpool refrigerator and he is so knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all of the items he repaired and why they were not working. He also decided to order a part that he felt would eventually cause us problems so we would not have to call back to schedule another appointment when it did stop working.
