Paublo has been excellent at repairing our refrigerator. He repaired it 5 years ago and we were so impressed with his knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism that I hunted high and low for the receipt to get him back when this GE refrigerator once again needed repairs. The appointment was prompt. He was in, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and done in 1 hour. My refrigerator is now working!
Called these guys up to fix a broken appliance of mine. They showed up, looked at my appliance, said "ok we can fix this, if we order the part," required me to pay them a $43 service charge, which I was unaware of, (ad said "no service charge w/repair" which I thought was tacked on after the repair not before but the invoice described this as a "deposit", which wasn't listed in their ad...very misleading to me) and bailed.
