I scheduled my appt 4 days out and I received an email stating a technician would arrive between 8-12. On the day of the appt I called to verify what time someone was planning to be there and I was told 2pm. I was glad I called. The technician was on time, he spent about 8-10 min looking at my fridge and told me that I needed a new fridge bc the compressor was overheating and at 130 degrees.
