Appliance 911 was fantastic!! Andrew diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part on hand and fixed it FAST. He explained what to expect and was very professional and friendly!!
Terrible, terrible service. Extremely hard to get through to a live person to even schedule or ask questions. All AI virtual assistants. They don't tell you that they are coming well beforehand and they said they are coming but have noshow.
