Always a pleasure to work with. The only repair shop my family uses. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.
Had to have warranty work done. Trying to talk to a human was nearly impossible. The 2nd time they were contacted for another event, it took more than 48 hrs. for anyone to contact. They did not fix the problem the first time. Ended up using a different company.
Andrew from Appliance 911 was sent from heaven. He went above and beyond to help me with another problem concerning a water “leak” that was flooding my house. He dug through mud to get to the shut off valve to turn the water off until a plumber got here. I highly recommend Appliance 911 for all your appliance needs.
I’ve paid through my warranty company and still haven’t been called about an appointment this has been 4 days my freezer has been out I’ve called every day and not gotten back to.. ill soon to be getting a full refund
