Profession, polite, punctual and very knowledgeable. I contacted this company to give me an estimate on the repair of my 4 year old dishwasher. Once the problem was diagnosed, research was conducted on the spot which included the availability of the part, cost, estimated delivery date of the the parts needed and when to expect the repair to be complete. I had Appliance Care come to our house to fix my ice maker in the frig. Tom had to order a new ice maker because the motor was bad. He was very nice and he called before coming to let me now he was on his way. I have use them before and will again if needed.
