Profession, polite, punctual and very knowledgeable. I contacted this company to give me an estimate on the repair of my 4 year old dishwasher. Once the problem was diagnosed, research was conducted on the spot which included the availability of the part, cost, estimated delivery date of the the parts needed and when to expect the repair to be complete. appliance Care did a great job evaluating my issue and providing me options. they seemed knowledgable about washing machines and I'll trust them again for advice if I have another issue.
I've been over a month trying to get them to finish the work on a warranty job on a washer as of right now I'm totally dissatisfied if they get it fixed within this week I'll change my rating but not until then
