Starting from their initial assessment of the damages, this company will say and do anything to cheat, steal and manipulate numbers for their own benefit and profit. Someone removed my review only because what I assume is it was why they had sub 4 stars. So I will make this brief. Don’t ever expect to know how much you owe. You’ll never see a balance unless you pull teeth. You’ll be told money will be pulled from the kitty a billion times before you find out you owe money and there is no kitty to pull from. Edit: since speaking with insurance and John from apple restoration, as well as Mike and Phil, the team has been much more on making sure to prioritize getting our home finished since it is behind on schedule. I appreciate the quick response by the team at apple restoration and their willingness to hear us out and make the necessary changes in order to complete the project I could go on and tell you all of the problems. Or you could just save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
