DO NOT STAY HERE WHAT EVER YOU DO. if I could give minus 100 stars star I would. This establishment is the most disgusting, unhygienic and run down venue i have every stayed at. The pillow cases were unwashed and stained. The sheets were unwashed and stained. There was a dirty used hat in the wardrobe, a dirty used hair clip on the floor. There were holes in the wall. Value for money accommodation No 24 hours receptionist, they're finished and closed at 7pm and still not open when we ready for check out at 10.30am Otherwise all good
So disappointed. Awful customer service after our bad experience with the room. We found an ants nest in one of the rooms and ants crawling around in all of the rooms including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom!!! So disgusting :(. One of our showers didn’t work either. We went to reception to speak to someone there. No one was there and only a phone number left. We called and they refused to come speak to us face to face, only via phone call where they just argued with us, saying they could’ve sold it for more money to someone ... read more

We were evacuated from Beech Forest and needed emergency accommodation for that night. If it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't have stayed here. We were charged $449 for a room that was in the basement car park, right on the street with a shower on the outside of our room right outside outer window for beach goers to wash themselves off. There was complimentary nothing, there was minimal hand soap and dish soap. The soap and shampoo left in the shower looked like it was left by the previous guests. The toilet seat was broken.
