Gina is very Rude and racist I will never rent from this place !!!! It’s not SAFE !!
Usually in the morning I exchange pleasantries with Joe, the building maintenance supervisor since we are both early risers for work. I know he is a busy man, so I try not to bother him with small stuff I can do myself One morning I casually asked Joe if he could take a look at my tub/shower faucet it seemed to not be working properly.....I came home from work and saw that he came the SAME DAY and in fact, the tub/shower faucet now works amazingly ........Thanks bud I really love the staff at Nautica they confirm my decision... read more
Though I have not lived at The Apartments at Nautica for very long, I feel like I will stay in the honeymoon stage forever here. I am so happy with - EVERYTHING about this special building! As an architect - I appreciate the basic good bones and skip the frilly stuff aspects of the place. “Rugged and ready brick basic” in the best location, within reach of everything I need or want - by bicycle. I loved the property, it was beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I am looking forward to moving in.
Gina and Joe are a great team!! They always get to my mainteance issues quickly and are both extreamly helpful. Love the rooftop deck. Perfect for summer evenings.
