Gina was a major help in this process as well as her manager, Lakesha. They made this process so smooth to move in and I’m more than grateful for both of them. I’m very excited to call this place my new home !
We love living here, the location is fantastic and Gina in the office is so sweet and friendly! As we approach our 3rd lease here I feel like we are over due for a shout out to Joe. This man is the the grit and glue of this place, it's a big place but well maintained. Gina is very Rude and racist I will never rent from this place !!!! It’s not SAFE !!
Usually in the morning I exchange pleasantries with Joe, the building maintenance supervisor since we are both early risers for work. I know he is a busy man, so I try not to bother him with small stuff I can do myself One morning I casually asked Joe if he could take a look at my tub/shower faucet it seemed to not be working properly.....I came home from work and saw that he came the SAME DAY and in fact, the tub/shower faucet now works amazingly ........Thanks bud I really love the staff at Nautica they confirm my decision... read more
