They hire the cheapest vendors to do repairs. The last repair job a vendor did left my place in worse condition than it was. The worst part is that I could have just fixed it myself with a 20$ trip to Home Depot.
Do NOT live here. I wish I could go into extreme depth but unfortunately the word count here restricts me from sharing all the details and breakdown of all the things we have had to deal with and experience since moving in. Worst living experience EVER. Been nothing short of a nightmare. Won’t let me out of my lease without charging me so much money. I pay double my electric bill every month because of the windows in my apartment. I never have hot water and sometimes like today the water is just completely off for no reason no warning email nothing. I went 2 straight months without a hot shower. Supposed to had a showing 6/24/25 at 2:30 pm but the leasing agent never showed up he don’t answer the phone are return calls… How do you expect to get tenants when nobody is here to show you the apartments.. Complete waste of my time..
Place is mid. Elevators never work. Good location.
