I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Anxiety Clinic. From my very first enquiry through to being matched with a psychologist, I felt genuinely listened to and supported every step of the way. I was always skeptical of psychologists and psychiatrists but I thought I’d give it a go. This clinic confirmed and exceeded my doubts. I genuinely came out from my appointment feeling worse than when I walked in. Psychologist cut me off mid sentence with a rather aggressive “goodbye” just because we went 2 minutes over time and rushed me out of the door with the fakest smile I have ever seen. I reached out to The Anxiety Clinic late last night, after receiving ND diagnosis for a family member. By 8am the next morning I had a message from Helen, the practise manager. I called her and she gave me wonderful advice, time and support. Thank you x
