Excellent, clean gym with knowledgeable trainers. Great for strength athletes or anyone who wants to pursue fitness goals in a smaller, less commercial space.
Best gym and, more importantly, gym community, in Linn County. Some of the most impressive people around train here and they’re all down to earth and willing to help, support and share tips with anyone at any level.
