We were browsing and had a few questions about some items. The owner was too busy chit-chatting with a friend to be bothered with lowly customers. We left and came back a few minutes later to buy some crystal glasses. The owner left the store when we came in and said "I'll be right back," leaving the store completely unattended. Ten minutes later, she was still chatting outside with a friend. We just left without buying anything. She obviously doesn't know anything about running a business.
