Love living at the Annex and being just steps away from campus. Also, love the homie feel to my apartment. The new management is awesome, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Great place to live!
This community is beautiful! From the pool, to the game room and state of the art fitness center , this property is by far the nicest in Warrensburg! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They host fun resident events every month. I would recommend to anyone to live here!

I love the style of this complex and the friendly community! The entire property has a fresh, new, modern look, yet it still gives you that "homey" feel once you're all settled in. Having a separate bathroom, nice appliances, and a gym on-site are some of my favorite things this property has. You definitely get what you pay for at Annex 56! 😊 Definitely recommend checking them out if you're apartment hunting!
