The Annex Changed Mangement Companies and thats when things went South. Parking was free 2 yrs ago then $10 last yr but no assigned spots. Then they charge you for lights bulbs when you move out which when you live there they normally take care of under Maintenance. They also charge for cleaning carpets which aren't cleaned when you move in and since there is only carpet in Bedrooms its 90% cover by bed and furniture not likely you will get them dirty. They like to add charges without letting you know about it. After we all signed the lease, they let us know that we would be charged parking (even though there is not enough spots for everyone). In addition, they charged me for a maintenance work a month after they did it and I didn't even now that they were planning on charging me (unclogging a bathtub drain). They have done it for free multiple times in the past but now it cost $22.50. What a rip off!! Be careful. I am not planning on renewing.
