I applied for Union at 16th in Indiana Indianapolis in March 2025. It is now May and just now getting an update after several calls and emails to see the status of my application! I applied for housing with The Annex Group at Union at Oak Grove and have been very disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Even though I submitted all the required documents quickly and followed up several times, my application has been stuck for weeks without any clear updates or next steps. Cannot reach anyone in the office and it's been days. I have no idea why these people can't answer the phone. I have a staff member who placed an application for residency over a week ago and no updates. The absolute worst.

Filled out an application for Union at Oak Grove in Howell Michigan and submitted all required documents which included my birth certificate, social security card, all pages of checking and savings account statements, drivers license, passport, social security statement & pay stubs.
