I didn't have the opportunity to deal with The Animal Soul directly as my vet office handled everything for us (which was extremely kind) but we picked up my sweet Charlie boy today and I feel so thankful for them. We had to put him down on Monday 11/10, he was cremated on 11/11 and is now home today 11/13. The paw prints and nose prints are so thoughtful and detailed and I will cherish them forever. Absolutely phenomenal from a service and quality standpoint. It’s so hard navigating this for the first time and Heather/Jordan/Craig at The Animal Soul were so lovely, understanding, and helpful. My beloved pup Dellie passed in his sleep the morning his appt was and The Animal Soul was so understanding and accommodating in picking him up from our home to be cremated. We greatly appreciated the compassionate care we received from The Animal Soul. They handled the cremation of our Golden Retriever, Brigadier. They sent us a nicely done clay paw print and s vey thoughtful card. That helped so much!!
