Very caring and kind.
We didn't know what to expect because we have never done this before but the staff here are Unbelievably compassionate and caring people. The woman who helped us took her time and explained everything to us and walked us through the process. We entered into this with no exceptions of what to expect but what we received in the end was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Everything was perfect and we know our little bluey was taken care of. I feel as if they truly go above and beyond to make this a easy process.
Everyone I interacted with at The Animal Soul was so kind and caring. The personal note with my dog’s remains made me know I made the right choice to take her here. Thank you for making a difficult time much more manageable.
