I get one medication here regularly for a cat and have gotten another for my dog. They are always happy to answer any questions and are patient with me. They have a small staff so they remember you after you call.
I had a very sick 14 yr old kitty who needed thyroid medication. Not only did they have it ready almost immediately but they even offered to mail it since I lived about a half hour away. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them and almost 15 yr old kitty is acting like a young cat again! I highly recommend them if you need medication compounded for any reason! Kelly
I needed to find a compound pharmacy for my ferret’s medication – I was recommended a reputable online pharmacy, and while it was easy to order – the turnaround time was almost 2 weeks for me to get the medication and then I paid almost $30 for two day shipping. I went in an unfamiliar place to get this, no staff but a doorbell. Then they tell me no price, but would I be back or do you want it mailed to you. I waited 20 minutes and they couldn't even tell me about I was given and said instructions in the bag.... This is poor business practive and I will never be back.what I was given
