Theres a reason they are no1 trusted suppliers of meds online in Australia.Their customer service is so professional. Today I got a call from Jacob-a real live human -telling me I’d ordered the incorrect dose and he patiently walked me through the required changes, took payment over ph and didnt make me feel like an idiot.He said order should be with me in a couple of days and I know it will be-it always is. Other online companies could learn from The Animal Pharmacy.
My dog unfortunately got very sick towards the end he had about 10 different medications. This pharmacy was so much more affordable then getting medications straight from my local vet. It was like 30-40% cheaper and much bigger quantity which was great cause we didnt have to pick up more medication fortnightly, which was what we had to do if we got the medication from our local vet.
This is my preferred Pet Pharmacy for my diabetic dog. I recommend this Pharmacy. They are accessible and provide the most excellent care and concern for my companion, Colleen.
