During my learning phase of how it all worked I communicated with multiple businesses within the field, and most of them were difficult and intractable to say the least. Destiny and the team from The Animal Pharmacy were the exact opposite to the other operators in the field - helpful, genuinely motivated, and a delight to deal with. First rate.
