RecommendedThe staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. They're very patient with any phone inquiries and respond asap. The office is spacious and not intimidating to my dog. Once there, my pets will relax ( well maybe not the cats so much) but they love the attention. Grooming is very well done. The Drs. and Techs are very compassionate and gentle when handling our pets. I think the service there is wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone new in the area.
Everything is great! The renovated spaces are so clean & pretty. The artwork and refreshment station makes it homey. Great services and staff!
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - always superb service and love! My sweet 8 year old boy (cat) had to have 12 teeth removed and Dr. Elia was wonderful! He is recovering wonderfully and Dr. Elia is so great that she even calls during surgery to give you an update!
We experienced a compassionate and caring doctor and staff during an emergency situation with our daughter's dog. Unfortunately, the dog had to be put down but everyone was wonderful.
we could not ask for a better version office every staff member is kind knowledgeable and always has the best interest of the animal at heart. we love going there for our regular visits to our mini emergency visit to grooming and even boarding !!!

I love the Animal Hospital of Roxbury. Dr. Elia called me today after Blizzard's physical and groom. She is amazed at his good behavior and how well he has warmed up to the entire staff. He's doing great and we gave him an extra treat tonight. I chose this vet because it offers everything. Vet, groom and board. The attentiveness and love the entire staff have with my "problem child" has been remarkable.
