I am extremely disappointed with this vet clinic. The reception staff were very unfriendly and came across as unprofessional. We travelled 4 hours from Leinster to bring my three cats and my son's puppy to your clinic on 7 July. When I arrived, I told the young lady at reception that the cats were here. She asked, "Do you just want to bring them all into the room at the same time?" I replied, "Yes, that's what we normally did at our vet in Perth." Not the greatest experience but also not the worst. Customer service from the nurses and vets was not the best and one of ladies at the reception desk was very judgemental. Felt very judged from the clinic and other patients at the clinic because we didn’t have the $$$$ to fork out on the spot. Understandable, but there was no alternative and the vet nurses made us feel like we were neglectful dog owners because of that reason. I am very happy to keep taking my four cats to this veterinary practice. I've had consistently positive experiences with various vets over the years. One was incredibly compassionate during a difficult time with my guinea pig. Another was patient and informative when I brought in my cat, Willow, which I appreciated as an anxious cat owner.
