Having to see a cardiologist for my baby boy is so scary. . I love that my dog see Emily, she's so thorough and makes me feel at ease when it's time for the check up. We truly feel like we're in good hands
I was very happy and comfortable with TACC today. From making the appointment to reception, technician and even the parking everyone and everything went smooth. Dr Carlson was very easy to talk to and he explained everything very clearly. He reviewed the Echo with me and explained his concerns and came up with a plan for my senior Doberman Diamond. I can't thank everyone there enough for their compassion.
We felt very taken care of during our visit. The clinical summary has already been such a helpful resource. Everyone was kind and clear in their communications, and we left feeling better able to care for our pup.
We have been coming to TACC for 3.5 years now. We always know that we are getting the best care from Dr Carlson and his whole team. He's extremely knowledgeable and patient. He's very dedicated to make sure his patients get the best possible outcome. My Louie, who's at late stage CHF, just came out of an emergency eye surgery. The doctor and the staff are wonderful, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and take wonderful care of my dog and me. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Dr. Carlson. They give my dog great care and I totally trust them with his life.
