I received a lie-filled slanderous Cease and Desist (for things I was never doing nor intended to do) letter from this firm, and they refuse to return my calls to discuss. The letter contained multiple falsehoods that go to the level of defamation of character. The letter states all communication on the matter must be directed through the firm, yet when I attempt to communicate with them, they refuse to take my calls or call me back. Ms Keledjian was a shining start in what has been a stressful and frustrating situation. She is professional but down-to-earth, competent, reassuring, and enjoyable to work with. My woman friend and I would highly recommend her.
This Law firm waited until we were in mediation, with only about 1 week before trial ,to tell me I better take the deal in mediation or they would no longer represent me. They basically forced me to agree to the mediation settlement or find a new lawyer with only 1 week before trial.
