Sadly, I had a very disappointing experience with Andrew Jackson for our wedding tuxedo rentals. We had a short engagement and an out-of-state wedding, and from the start, measurements were repeatedly lost and we were asked for the same information multiple times. Such a fun experience! I went in last minute not knowing what I wanted and my consultant, Emma, was so sweet and helpful towards me. She was honest, encouraging, and very patient. AJ's was a laid back and safe environment. I had so much fun trying on dresses with my girls and Emma. I didn't say yes to the dress today but I have a feeling I'll be returning soon.
My experience was perfect. Emma made everything so easy. She was helpful, knowledgeable and so welcoming! Go see her!! She'll get you in the dress of your dreams. She surly made mine come true.
Do not waste your time at The Andrew Jackson unless you want more stress to add to planning a wedding. Athena disrespects her employees by yelling at them over the phone and not training them how to properly measure. My daughter’s wedding dress came in to small and she would not alter it there I paid just as much in alterations as I paid for the dress. Then out of 9 tuxedos ordered only 2 fit. Winter and Bailey were absolutely amazing. They helped with more than I could even understand! I would not have made it through this process without them! Winters patience with me and Baileys altering ideas were everything I needed! I am beyond thrilled with my experience here. I didn’t even bother going to another shop, no where would have topped them!
