My experience was WONDERFUL! The house is exquisite and decorated so beautifully! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The house has every amenity that you will need. It is immaculate and has plenty of cleaning utensils if you need them. The theater and hot tub are fun as well as the kayaks! My group enjoyed the location as well as the beautiful home. You will LOVE spending time at this house, there is NO doubt.
Gorgeous house with plenty of room for a college girl reunion. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for our group of 8 to gather. The beds, linens and bathrooms were so comfortable and private. Close to Lake Michigan for morning walks. Short walk to downtown and a lovely art museum. Hoping we’ll come again next year!
Anchor House in Racine WI has been a great place for a college friends' reunion. Stately home. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Easy walk in pretty neighborhoods. Gorgeous long-lived historic trees and gardens in the neighborhood. Close to eateries. Eight bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Very nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. I would highly recommend Anchor House for you next gathering.
What a wonderful venue for groups! Our group of 8 had our own rooms/beds/ bathrooms and there was still room for more! The house is lovely, the lake view is spectacular and the yard /patio is welcoming. There were many walkable things to see and do. Anything you need is here. Amazing!! I could see a wedding or a rehearsal dinner in the back yard. Definitely check this out! One thing-a mirror in the bunk room would be nice. No complaints otherwise-definitely not a deal breaker.
Lovely house. Such gorgeous decor; simply charming. Lots of bathrooms, comfy seating, unforgettable art. There are so many places to sit and chat, eat, enjoy a beverage. View of Lake Michigan the absolute best. Great walks. My friends and I had a wonderful time and plan to return next year. This place is perfect for grandparents who want to spend time with their children and grandchildren. Many different bedrooms with bathrooms for privacy when needed.
