I cannot recommend Azalea enough. Hands-down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot over the years. She truly knows how to target exactly what your body needs without making the massage painful. Azalea is amazing! I highly recommend her!! Currently in PT and just happened to get dry needling done on my shoulder (which usually takes me out of commission for the remainder of the day) and I had a massage with Azalea scheduled for right after…WOW! Massage right after needling helped immensely and I left feeling amazing!

Highly recommend Inside Out Body Harmony! I’ve had a couple massages with Lovia and she is fantastic. The space is cozy, clean, and professional. Lovia clearly cares deeply about her clients and provides excellent massages. 10/10 experience!
