Convenient location and decent office space.
Beautiful building. Lots of amenities.
Ampersand is one of my favourite spots downtown to get some work done. Bright views, great coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere make it easy to settle in for a few hours. The food trucks are a nice bonus, and I’ve even heard there’s a basketball court?! 10/10 spot to hang out and be productive.
