The meatballs were delicious.
Chef Katherine’s food is delicious! It is made with love and you taste it in every bite. We recently ordered catering from her for out of town visitors and they thought it was amazing! So good!!
Katherine was the former owner of Cafe Amore in Eureka Springs and now has this wonderful food truck and does catering. I had her white lasagna which was wonderful and she is a nice lady. Being that I lived here for 20 years, it was nice talking to her and enjoying the food. I loved it Katherine, kept it up!
I have now been to Amore Express on several occasions, and I definitely plan to keep coming back! The latest creation I got to try was a pepperoni lasagna. What a creative and delicious idea! If you are in the mood for italian food, this is a great place to try. P.S. they have desserts too! 😋
This is the best food truck in Eureka Springs. Such good Italian food and desserts to die for. We picked it up and went back to our hotel and had delicious Italian food while we relaxed.
