I scheduled a 10:00 AM Hybrid Lash Set appointment at The Amira Experience. As a new client, I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early for an initial consultation prior to the service. On the day of my appointment I arrived at 9:42 AM and the door was locked. I didn't have time to get my lashes done in Portland before I came home for Christmas. Ciara is amazing. She did a fantastic job. Wish it wasn't 3000 miles away but I'll be back anytime I'm in Richmond!
