I don't usually do reviews, but the way the owner treated me on my last appointment was worthwhile of making this. As some people pointed out in previous reviews, creating an appointment at this place is meaningless. Every time I create an appointment, either the barber/owner is extremely late, or they barely started on a different client. One time, I created an appointment at 11:00am and let the barber/owner know that I was on my way at 10:50am. Great location, been coming here for years. Rocio is extremely experienced, orientated and is very nice. Love what she's done to the place!
Called to ask if appointments were needed @ about 6:30 and arrived about 6:40ish was told to sit down a couple min and ended up waiting till about 8 to get my hair cut . Not coming here again .
