Only 2 stars because of their awful customer service. Order placed 11/13, after various emails asking for shipping information, order finally shipped on 12/14. Happy with the product itself, it is simply beautiful. My husband had no problem installing it. Product is far superior to that found at like Home Depot - found same size panel in the pattern I choose but it was some plastic type material. Confident this product will wear and hold up much better.
We installed the ceiling ourselves using just some basic hand tools. The entire installation in this 12X12 room took just over a day. This was a real snap, literally. When guests come into our home it's one of the first things they comment on. We are very happy with the choice we made.
