I had a phenomenal sales experience initially, however I have yet to receive any of the services or products I was sold on. My furniture is late, and nobody called me to let me know it would be outside of the agreed upon dates. When I went in to ask Daniel, my sales rep and the manager, why this was, he let me know it is not standard practice to communicate with clients when they have delays.
