She literally saved my day. I had bought flowers from another florist in Maryland And received a terrible bouquet. I called so many places to see if they could fix my bouquet and all of them said no but The owner of The American Dream Florist was Willing to fix my bouquet. This is an owner that genuinely cares about her customers and gives them the best advice and care. She Is passionate in what she does And I would Recommend this place to anybody in getting flowers. 10 out of 10

Flowers were not fresh! I bought a bouquet of roses for my wife for Valentines day. When I first got this from the florist in the store, I found that the roses were looking old with blackish on the petals. The florist insisted they were garden roses and they were more expensive than the regular variety of roses. She said that this was how they are supposed to look like, and that they would bloom bigger and become very beautiful. I live out of state but scheduled a flower delivery online to someone in Alexandria for the end of the week. Mai called the morning of delivery and telling me she had to make some adjustments before delivering. I told her go wild, I trusted her taste from the reviews. The bouquet was big and beautiful. The recipient loved it. This is a pic 3 days after delivery. Thank you!
