Really, really pleased with the results from Amazing 12 Charleston. I was a little skeptical beforehand, but came out of the program much stronger and looking very lean. Brett & Mike walk you through the whole program and guide you on the lifts each step of the way. This is a total body transformation and highly recommend it.

I have done all of the big box workout programs and dieting. Nothing can compare to my experience with A12. The results exceeded my expectations and were in a league of their own compared to the other programs I tried. The Amazing 12 is a great program! I have been working out for years and have never been able to achieve results like the ones A12 gave me. I not only improved my physical appearance, but I gained strength and knowledge too. Brett and the guys at CKC are incredibly knowledgeable and care about their clients.
