So grateful to have met Kym-Helena. Felt like I was in a hopeless place before I met her. She honestly has changed my life (and my family) with the work she does. She is incredibly easy to talk to, understanding, and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend seeing her! I promise you won't regret it.

Kym is an incredibly inspired informed and educated conduit for a system of healing that was new to me when I began my healing journey with her. As a Yoga teacher, I am aware that our body can hold the secrets to our health and wellness, and Kym really has the skills and knowledge to tap into that source in a gentle and totally non invasive way. I would say that I have been able to kept 40 lbs. off since I first went to Kym in 2015. She helped me understand what foods were not good for me and when I changed my diet I shed 40 lbs. Feels great and there is no going back. I still see her and she is very supportive. Would recommend her to anyone that wants to figure out what's happening with your health .
