This review is about the performance of the Alternative Accommodation Agency. It has been a pleasure dealing with Emily Tunstil at the Agency. She has been very efficient throughout, initially sourcing the alternative property and then dealing with the request to extend the rental period to accommodate the delays in the insurance repair of our own home. It could not have been more seamless. Thank you Emily - 5 stars plus! Keep up the good work - Tim.
From the start until resolution Natalie Shaw's customer service was outstanding. Very friendly and put me at ease at a very stressful time. Always there to take my call, I can't thank her enough.
We have had to find alternative accommodation whilst our house is being underpinned. As you can imagine this has been so stressful but Natalie Shaw has been there at the end of the phone to reassure us what is happening and also assured us she will be our point of call if we need advice during the year.
Not sure this survey covers what you seem to be requiring.... The service from T3, was relocation to temp property following a fire at my permanent home...
