The Dr was arrogant and ignorant! He kept talking over me. He didn't read my medical records and had no idea what meds I was taking. I was told " You can go to CVS & buy a sling for 5bucks." I asked when is the last time you went to CVS to buy a sling for $5? They're not cheap.Being a RN who specialized in ER-TRAUMA & ICU, I know how the shoulder should be examined for a fractured shoulder and a tendon tear. Very, very rude people! If I wanted to be talked down to I would went to wal-mart! Unreasonable with you. Just pushing surgery without looking at other options. Will never go, or recommend to anyone.

Amazing! From start to finish! The entire staff was professional, friendly and above all, kind! I began with Ginny Dr. Chen’s assistant. She was very empathetic and knowledgeable. I met with her several times and was never disappointed! She also assisted Dr. Chen in the OR for my surgery. I had knee surgery to repair the meniscus and clean up the arthritis.
