Alpha group helped place my friend who’s homeless and in a very tough situation, we went to fill the paper work out at the office and we were told he was all set and employed. They called after almost a full week of working saying he can’t return to work, due to paperwork they needed. They built him up, just to let him down. They dropped the ball on this one and it was a very bad way to do business.

After many, many months (well over a year) of searching via "other" agencies, I happened to apply for a position through The Alpha Group. Within days, I was being notified that I was a near perfect match for the position to which I applied. It was in very short time that I was interviewing and within hours of interviewing was being contacted by the Alpha Group that the employer wanted to move forward with me! Laura contacted me, and I returned her call, but I ended up speaking with another woman. I shared some information about myself, and was told Laura would return my call. It's been a week, and I still haven't heard from her. Overall, this place seems unprofessional, and I would recommend avoiding them. It was a waste of time.
