Currently living here, have lived here for about a year and a half now. Justin (maintenance man) is fantastic and takes care of everything swiftly and efficiently. Issues have always been dealt with within a reasonable timeframe depending on extremity and work load.
This is a nice and quiet apartment complex to live in. Friendly neighbors, peaceful location, and very close to the Des Moines metro area.
