Lived here for two years, two separate leases. The apartments were not the nicest even though they did cost a lot. Management also sent me to collections both times because of "damages" to the apartment even though I repainted all the walls and left it in better condition than I received it. I'm a high end home builder so its not like I did DIY repairs. The apartment breeze ways also get absolutely disgusting. Would not live here again.
I'm leaving a 1 star review as we start our second year living here. Because of the apartment construction quality I'm not trying to figure out how I can leave 0 stars. My biggest problem is with the office staff. They very very often like to hide their poor customer service behind FHA laws rather than taking responsibility for problems. Most of the time if you look up what they claim is under FHA laws, it's not actually covered. Alloy has been great! We just had a work order completed with them and it was quick and painless! They were very professional and got my job completed to my satisfaction.
If you are thinking about moving into this place there are some things that you need to know. If you have any kind of health complications at all that are increased due to things like extreme heat or cold or if you have a baby I would STRONGLY suggest getting any other apartment than here. Even a place like Village Park apartments(which is considered to be w very poor unsafe apartment complex for people with poor credit would be a vastly safer and superior choice than renting here. As someone who would appreciate a thorough and honest review before deciding to move in, here you go. My wife and I lived here for nearly two years and have mixed feelings about a lot of aspects. Management: When we first moved in, management was atrocious, but apparently they had a overhaul with their office and truthfully it got much better.
