We lived there 3 years, always paid rent early. When we moved out they didn't refund any deposit and charged us for things that they price gouge us. They only care about money. Each year with lease renewal the rent went up. Amenities weren't always accessible. Horrible place to rent.
Vivi en Alloy por 3 anos , siempre fui puntual con la renta. Cuide el departamento, lo entregue lo mas limpio que pude. Aun asi no me regresaron deposito. Todavia ne cobraron $70. Mas. Se llevo la grua 2 veces mi camioneta, y 2 veces el carro de mi visita. Tuve que pagar $250 . Cada vez. Cuando remove contrato la ultima vez me dijeron que Ibanez a resoetar
Just moved in and the process was fast and organized, the apartment was clean and in good shape, the grounds are well maintained, and having a maverick within walking distance has come in handy twice in three days already. We really like it so far!
