Literally the worst customer service ever from the leasing office and the apartment was disgusting when my daughter moved in.
Tour was expertly delivered, extremely friendly staff (thanks Marley!), and entirely open and honest about pricing options & fees.
One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had is living in this apartment complex. If you need maintenance, you’ll be in for a long wait. They claim to be always busy, but you can see the maintenance crew smoking cigarettes in some corners of the complex. The trash valet is HORRIBLE, and the pool is always dirty or closed. And when you call the office, they NEVER answer. I’m so disappointed with this place.
