TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. I have only been here for 5 months, and they have a huge lack of communication, and they do a terrible job of letting you know what to expect. Our monthly bill increased in the span of three months due to new charges that they never communicated. And how ironic that the woman, Stephanie, who helped us sign our lease, all of a sudden doesn't work there and is claiming they don't know what she said. I DO NOT recommend them, please look elsewhere.
I've reached my limit in this hellish place, totally incompetent management, you open the call orders and they close them without finishing. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, the social bathroom is DISGUSTING, the bathtub doesn't clean for ANYTHING and stinks if you throw it, the floor is coming off the floor in the kitchen and living room, I have a baby who keeps tripping and falling because of this. Pros: -Spacious apartment. -Updated appliances. -Valet service is nice for those not on the first floor and they're very diligent. -In-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. -Overall, way better quality than our previous apartment. Cons: -Condescending staff (They talk down to you in person and via email when they actually communicate and get mad when you match their energy 🤦🏼♀️). -Terrible communication (don't communicate at all or when they do it doesn't have anything to do with what you're trying to communicate). -H... read more
DONT EVER MOVE HERE! They put me in the dirtiest apt when I first moved in that I went to Home Depot and had to rent an industrial floor cleaner. The amount of dust that was permanently in my apt never ceased no matter how much I cleaned. Even after I cleaned and dusted, after 3 days everything would look like it had been in a dingy basement collecting dust for 3 years.
