I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but my experience at The Alloy deserves to be spoken about in full. From the moment I lived here, it was clear that this is a well-maintained, thoughtfully designed building. The amenities alone set it apart. I have been living here since the past 5 years and I love the building and management of the property. I want to specifically commend Ruendis and Marbin for their prompt management and always being helpful when it comes to maintenance items.
