By the time you read these reviews it’s already too late. It seems as though any Black family from the south side automatically gets appointed Marcellus. I thought having a black man as the GAL would be beneficial, but it’s been anything but that. He is definitely for black fathers, which is great. I feel like my case is not moving accordingly because of Mr Moore . His first phone conversation he laughed and stated “ he gone get his money regardless “!!!!
