This place is great they have classes for lifting and cardio and have fantastically motivating trainers and on top of that you can even try yoga with some of the classes they offer and get a massage.
I've been to the cardio boxing sessions and they're always a grinder (in a great way)! The facility is a decent size for the size of the classes and everyone there wants to get better, which makes for a great class energy. If you're looking for a great stress reliever and fun way to get your fitness fix, this is a great option.
The price and friendly service can’t be beat. Also, the hydro-massage table is second to none! Highly recommend!
I definitely recommend Alley Fitness. Taylor is amazing. I was trying to find a place with no judgement and friendly. I found it here. Everyone is great. Definitely gets you pumped up! If you haven't boxed before, Taylor is very hands on and gives you her full attention. Anything you need help with she is on it. Thank you! 😊
