Great pieces and wonderful customer service. I ordered a couple of items from Alley Exchange that were inadvertently delivered to the wrong address. Customer service immediately contacted me and arranged for personal delivery the following week. I wasn’t in a rush to receive the items. Nevertheless, they took care of it immediately and hand delivered the pieces to my home. The pieces were perfectly and carefully packaged. I will definitely shop with them again.

I searched high and low for comfortable, well made, chairs to write, read, and rest in. I probably soft searched (visiting furniture stores across LA while out and about) and nothing was quite right. I never considered an online store could find what I wanted but once again, the Alley Exchange pulled though. I couldn't be more impressed with The Alley Exchange! Their products are high quality and gorgeous and I am so happy they had exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out though, was the level of service. They were responsive, extremely helpful and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Such excellent service is a rarity these days so I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend!
