EDIT: I'm no biologist, but I think it's the chemicals and manufacturing of our food system. Now living in France for the last 6 months, allergic reactions of disappeared. Original post: Don't bother taking two days off work to get here. This is a complete waste of time if you have a random allergy. it seems the systems haven't changed in decades, still poking patients with little needles in metal strips. I’ve been there a couple of times and every time I go the Dr. Kim never seems to care….. I had a question about symptoms I was experiencing and he just looked at me, shrugged and said “I don’t know”

He provided samples of Grastek, Acarizax, and Itulatek to try first since other allergy medications haven’t helped much, which I really appreciate... read more

Find any other allergist. We had an appointment for our 8 month old who reacted to peanuts. Dr. Kim did a scratch test and confirmed peanut and almond. He then told us to avoid peanuts and we can check again in a year - we need to call him. Then asking about almonds, we were told to “give her a little bit every day”. No dosing, no guidance, no written instructions. We left with a piece of paper that said peanut and almond on the back of info about dust mites. He did say we could get a referral to a pediatric specialist, but ... read more
