I purchased some anti dust mite mattress duvet covers from The Allergy guy website. The mattress covers came quickly and are great. The two duvet covers came with a duty of $44, due upon delivery! Even though this is a Canadian company. I was not expecting to pay duty! Then after paying I opened the box and discovered that the covers I ordered where not there. After seeing the other review post submitted 6 days ago, I realize there is someone working at Allergy Guy after all; but chose to ignore my repeated requests both by phone calls, emails and on line contact requests to confirm the delivery date of a SinuPulse machine paid in full since March 21, 2020. I have contacted the Consumer Protection Ontario recently and they are getting back to me shortly. Be aware dealing with this company!
