Im quite surprised with other people's low ratings... I also had a pretty good visit. I was hesitant at first but clinic was clean. I assume the allergy clinic is a shared clinic. Front desk made me sign 2 sheets of people. 1 of it to tell me i am okay with doing a virtual review with the Dr. I went into my appt right away- was consulting with the nurse & 20mins from then, the nurse was drawing on my arm for the allergy test. If you are thinking about having treatment at this clinic please read one star review first. My experience with this clinic is exactly like all of the one star reviews below. There's a good chance that what happened to the other one star reviewers would happen to you as it happened to me. An one extra star for a good will of a headnurse seeking solution to continue the treatment. Should not have started treatment at this place at all. Biggest surprise is that they are still in business.
This clinic recently had their former physician retire and I like the new doctor. However, the communication and organization with this office is poor. You can leave voicemails and respond to their auto texts but you never hear back from their administrative staff. I've been waiting for an update on the arrival of my allergy serum for a few weeks now. If the office is closed for the holidays they never update their hours.
