If you can get allergy shots somewhere else go with another option. Communication is terrible, had to wait over a week to get a response about an issue with my treatment and needed to call them multiple times throughout the week. After getting treatment for 4.5 years, I missed two shots after getting sick and the only solution they gave for me was to restart the entire process. They never warned me about this, and didn't offer any type of help.
If you can avoid this clinic, do it at all costs. Even if you have to wait a year to get into somewhere else. Do not come here. They gave an entire chart of FALSE positives to my partner who then struggled for years because of this MISDIAGNOSIS by the Doctor at this clinic. The Doctor laughed in her face when she asked for help. Disgusting behaviour. The staff here should be ashamed to work here.
