Professional staff and we didn't have to wait to be seen.
Nice staff
I was seen by Dr. Shrestha and she was very attentive, listened to me and provided great feedback. Also, the nurse who saw me first was very personable. The 2 women at the front desk were polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this Smyrna office. By following the recommended plan, I have not been sick with allergy related illnesses.
I never had a doctor care about my condition like he did. I can’t breathe and he do test and explained so much in a way I could understand. All the staff was so nice and caring. I would recommend if you have allergies. Needing issues to see them.
I've paid the same 25$ bill four times already. I just got the same bill AGAIN it's 2 years old at this point and I've already paid it. But they're wanting me to pay it again. Don't go here. Their billing dept should be replaced by ai since they've more than proved their incompetence.
