Very polite and caring
I love this center. The staff is so nice, patient and understanding.
The physician was very patient. Listened to me completely both times he was in the office. I did not feel rushed at all. The young ladies that administered the in office test were very comforting and showed great concern and patience. I'm going to recommend your office to family, friends and co-workers
Horrible staff. My husband had an appointment today for 1pm, he got there at 12:58. He was kept in a room for an hour nobody came to assist him. When he went out to inquire the medical assistant rudely told him he could leave if he was not interested in doing the test. He even talked to the Dr. Franklin about it who did not find anything wrong with what happened. No consideration for the client. If you are that busy do not schedule people and if you over schedule have the curtesy to apologize. Worst doctor’s visit. Rude staf... read more
